Public bug reported:
I'm running Ubuntu Budgie 17.10, 64-bit on a Lenovo ideapad 320. My
laptop's Elan Touchpad randomly stops working whenever I'm using my
laptop. There's no indication for when it happens, it just happens. If I
hit the power button and make my computer enter sleep or restart the
laptop (doesn't matter which) the touchpad starts working again.
However, it will stop working again after a while. The touchpad does
show up in my detected devices when it stops working, and hitting the
enable/disable touchpad function key (F6) does nothing to remedy the
situation.
