Yash Raj Rai, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu
better. Please respond to all of the following:

1) After the crash, are there crash files in the /var/crash folder?

2) Is this something that started to happen after an update? If so,
which and when precisely?

3) When you state "The screen freezes when I log in after I put my PC to
sleep for a long time" are you referring to suspending your computer?

4) If you don't put the computer to sleep, is the crash reproducible?
