You have been subscribed to a public bug: this bug has been around for ages and no one has fixed it until today, it has been ages since I last used Ubuntu and I have tried to use it now, on my new Laptop but I'm encountering the same issue so mostly it isn't a hardware issue, so I decided to look into it and realized that I'm not the only one encountering this issue
