I can replicate the issue on a freshly flashed groovy image. However, once the image is fully upgraded (via a typical apt update+upgrade followed by a reboot), I'm unable to replicate the issue any more.
Would be interested to hear if any one else can replicate the issue either on hirsute (fresh or upgraded), or on a fully upgraded groovy system.
