Thanks for the bug report. Please try adding the following kernel
parameter:
i915.enable_psr=0
to /etc/default/grub under GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT, then run:
sudo update-grub
and reboot. Finally check to see that it's being used:
cat /proc/cmdline
** Package changed: xorg (Ubuntu) => linux-hwe-5.13 (Ubuntu)
** Changed in: linux-hwe-5.13 (Ubuntu)
