hello
I've just freshly installed ubuntu mate 22.04 jelly, updated package, and added
'synaptic'.
Once synaptic launched, clicking on the search button (top right panel or same
from the drop down menu), I am directly disconnected / exited from the
session...
moreover, i've the same problem with XSane
but these 2 problems do not appear with the same computer under ubuntu-mate
20.04
