Okay, closing this bug. If you have time to follow up it would be nice
if you could report the performance problem as a new bug (preferably
with `ubuntu-bug xserver-xorg-video-intel`). There are a few things you
may check for at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Troubleshooting/IntelPerformance . Some of
that information looks outdated, though, in particular EXA and XAA are
no longer possible options.
