It is possible from your i915_error_log that this is the same underlying issue as bug 535640, but the automatic log does not give us enough information to decide this for sure. Could you look at that bug report and get similar logs as Nicolo did in that report, with drm-intel-next kernel with drm.debug=0x02 kernel option? Since you go into sleep mode, you cannot get any logs while in sleep mode, but you can get before- sleep and after-sleep logs.
