Ok, running sudo aticonfig --initial (which creates an xorg.conf file) and rebooting allows sudo /usr/lib/fglrx/bin/amdcccle to then run as anticipated, but just "sudo amdcccle" results in command not found.
It looks like the fglrx-amdcccle_8.721-0ubuntu3_amd64 package does not put the binary in a path or create a menu entry (at least I can't find it). -- Does not support current Lucid kernel (2.6.32) or xserver (1.7) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/494699 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to fglrx-installer in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
