ok, it's becoming more and more crazy. Now, the bug appears if I write "nomodeset" at boot. And only in that case.
If I don't write anything, I don't have that bug but very very low window switching. (and glxinfo crashes when trying to get information about the situation) It looks like the situation is reverted. pci=nomsi allows me to have snappy windows switching and, so far, no bug (but some light brightness changes.
