Although the outcome is the same (failed nvidia kernel module build)
please take a look at the make.log.txt files differences between this
bug #564352 and bug #563890...
the original bug #563890 appears to be a based on an incomplete kernel
version upgrade...
this bug #564352 shows correct versions of nvidia & kernel but the
make.log.txt points to a specific invalid paravirtual routine operand
reference probably related to a change in the 2.6.32.21-generic kernel
code since nvidia-173 173.14.22 builds correctly against the
2.6.32.20-generic kernel on the same machine.
