@Vancouverite Thanks for the survey. Done. Have a look at 351186 comment #228 by Felix Kuehling. Have a look at the mail address in the profile. Sure i think AMD knows about this problem ;-). Last week I've been in a thread at phoronix, there was interesting news about new drivers from AMD by bridgman. (also @amd) So i think, they know about. IMHO the bug isn't primary in the ati drivers, i think its in Xorg.
