This is the workaround that I did: Press ALT-F2 and enter: gksu gedit /var/lib/dpkg/diversions
Then I removed the following three lines (they are all together): /usr/lib/libGL.so.1.2 /usr/lib/fglrx/libGL.so.1.2.xlibmesa xorg-driver-fglrx Save and remove fglrx driver again. -- package fglrx 2:8.723.1-0ubuntu3 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-removal script returned error exit status 2 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/571130 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to fglrx-installer in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
