This is a long standing issue with Flash on Linux; the Flash plugin is not in a position to receive Unicode characters.
There is not match that this community can do other than register their requests at http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FP-40 For Adobe to fix this issue, they need to make big changes in the Flash plugin for Linux. .
