Hi Gursimran I think that in 10.04 this would be classified more as a feature request than a bug. The middle click/right click with 2 fingers/3 fingers works well, as does two finger scrolling. I've pretty much forgotten about the above mentioned drag and drop functionality.
I should probably look around for a consolidated project to bring the full richness of multi-touch input into the Ubuntu desktop so that I can contribute there?
