While the mosart driver doesn't seem to work jet, shouldn't someone apply your solution from https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/620609/comments/5 (equivalent from what I see now with mine from https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xf86-input-evtouch/+bug/511747) so that we have our devices work out-of-the-box with Maverick?
