yes. it was the update of gnome-settings-daemon from 2.32.0-0ubuntu1 to 2.32.0-0ubuntu2. i'll attach 3 versions of xrandr:
1) xrandr-white.txt xrandr output after downgrading to 2.32.0-0ubuntu1.
