I have a Compaz Presario v3000 with 10.10 desktop edition installed. If
I use the Main Menu, I cannot scroll to the bottom of System ->
Preferences without it bouncing back to the top. It only affects the
main menu widget. The menu bar preferences menu works fine.
My resolution is 1280 x 800 but changing the resolution doesn't fix the
issue so not for sure if it is related.
