Obviously we are dealing with (at least two) different bugs here that cause similiar effects.
The bug that can be expelled with "module-udev-detect tsched=0" probably belongs to pulseaudio rather than to xorg (BTW: Any hints what's going on here, why does that workaround fix the problem?)
