We don't have a intel_reg_dumper available in Lucid, since it has been moved out of xserver-xorg-video-intel-dbg and into the new version of intel-gpu-tools which hasn't made it into a release yet. Would it be an idea to update intel-gpu-tools to include the same patches as the Karmic version in xorg-edgers? Or maybe even use the latest git-snapshot since this is only a debugging tool anyway, so stability is not so important as for regular packages?
