I've been tracking statistics on # actionable bugs reported against X,
per package, for the past few releases, starting in Lucid:

The black line in the above graph is the totals for the corresponding
point during the development cycle in maverick.

While it's taken a lot of hard work, I think this bodes well for natty.
It remains to be seen if we'll be able to stay atop the queue once the
new X stack gets uploaded, but at this point the trend is optimistic.
