I would like to post a bug for the linux-image-generic-lts-quantal
package. I guess since I'm not a team member I am unable to post to the
Bugs section on launchpad.
I am running Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit on a brand new Toshiba L840 laptop and
this bug is really driving me nuts. I am unable to have a stable system
because I am being haunted by another kernel bug on the stock 12.04 kernel:

Now with the 3.5 kernel the video issue is resolved but it is just as
unusable because my hard drive write performance drops down to 40-70
Mbps which really isn't the problem; the problem is that over a short
period of time the write performance on my drive will drop down to
something like 1.5 Mbps until I reboot...
I will post more details, dmesg output, logs, etc. if I can post an
official bug for this package.
