Dear Sir,
I'm a postgraduate student major in chemical engineering & need to make use
of gromacs to go on my research. I find that I can install gromacs3.3
automatically with the command that "sudo apt-get install gromacs", but what
I really wanna install in my system is gromacs 4.0.2.
Is there any debain package for me to install gromacs 4.0.2 automatically
using commands that be used as before,for instance,"sudo apt-get install
gromacs 4.0.2" or sth.like that?
Or will you do me a favour and teach how to install gromacs 4.0.2 with the
.tar packages? Before I install it, do i have to install other software
first ? Can you give me a explicit introduction about that?
