9.10的语言工具对比9.04的版本在功能减去了附加程序的选项。我倒是觉得这个精减很好,减掉了不必要的功能。至于邮件中作者所说的目前没有离线状态下如何安装语言包的文档,这是个问题。我从5.10开始用Ubuntu就没有在离线状态下安装过语言包的经历。如果Ubuntu用户是新手,没有网络或者网速很差三种类型的用户之一。用户无法安装或者不会安装语言包确实是降低了用户的Ubuntu体验,这是事实。作者提出离线安装语言包的问题确实是个值得讨论的问题。推出离线安装语言包方法的文档是很有必要的。

利用自动更新来实现语言包的自动安装,想法是好的,具体实现我就不了解了。不知道其它朋友有没有知道的。如果利用自动更新工具也能安装语言包,倒是个好方法。
