There is a bug in the Mozilla part of langpack-o-matic where the package split for the zh langpacks occurs. The split works correctly for Karmic, but not for Lucid anymore. The Lucid langpacks for Chinese therefore don't have Mozilla translations at the moment. I have disabled the langpack generation for Lucid for now until this issue is fixed. Unfortunately Alexander Sack, who maintains the Mozilla part of langpack-o-matic is on vacation at the moment. So, we have two options for now: 1. leave the Lucid langpack generation disabled until this issue is fixed 2. Enable Lucid langpack generation again, but announce that the Chinese langpacks will come without Mozilla translations for the time being. Since this is difficult to reach the Chinese communities, I see already bug reports flowing in...
