由于处于校园网，需要搜狗浏览器的代理可以免费快速访问国外网。打算wine一个轻舟加速器EduNetSpeed.exe及其子进程EduNetSpeedExplorer.exe。
.不过跟wine搜狗浏览器的进程sogouexplorer.exe时一样，会出现使用代理时cpu占用率很高的状况。以前wine sogouexplorer.exe，用 cpulimit -e *process_name *-l 2* *似乎可以正常限制， 而现在 cpulimit -e * *EduNetSpeedExplorer.exe* *-l 2 提示找不到进程。 *Warning: no target process found.
