我倒是不太同意你的观点。 我首先想说，IT工作者最重要的是自己的个性。而恰恰我感觉的是，BOSS的个性太 重，而又不希望求职者保持自己的个性。so，这样的两难的境地，我想如果我是 他，我会对他说，世界上没有圣人！！！然后挥袖离去。
