I filed a bug issue with QGIS, because it appears to be happening in their repository as well. I am doing clean installs of Ubuntu Oneiric, then Apache, then QGIS and QGIS Server, but it always fails to read my test .qgs (that did work with the Natty repro installed in Oneiric). So, the web server and .qgs files work. Just fails when using QGIS Server 1.7.3. Thanks for putting all of these excellent GIS tools together! Larry
