#25: libspatialite-3.1.0 conflicts with spatialite-bin

Running apt-get dist-upgrade on an Xubuntu 12.04 machine this evening
brought in the 3.1.0 version of libspatialite, but that caused a conflict
with spatialite-bin, and the spatialite binary was removed. So now I have
the lib, but no binary :-(
Can I revert this? Will an updated spatialite-bin be available? I believe
that on debian unstable it's available.
