Hi Bas, found the issue. chroot with precise has only geos-dev which includes both c++ and c.
but in ubuntugis-unstable there is new version with geos-dev and geos++-dev. using geos++dev in control file gives build error for me in chroot. and when i change it to geos-dev my local build on chroot is working.. As everything was working fine I uploaded the packages on ubuntugis-ppa. there it takes new version of geos which as only c api inside geos-dev package. The results in irritating build failures.... ho...
