Recreating the -testing PPA will cause a delay because we'll need to request the increased storage to 8 GB again. Doing explicit rebuilds is a bit unfortunate due to the labour cost, but it is a good sanity check to get the order of packages right. After I'm done with GRASS 7.2.0-RC1 I'll have a look at what the move from -unstable to -stable involve to see what we need to keep in mind transition wise.
