Can you please do the following:
1) Open a terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal)
2) Type this command:
gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
3) Copy and paste the contents of the file into a response here.
4) Close the following.
This information will hopefully help us solve your problem.
