Tom proposed the following answer: Wow, that page looks quite an easy way to sort it out but i also find the regular route fairly easy. Form the top taskbar click on System - Administration - Synaptic Package Manager Settings - Repositories - Ubuntu Software then about halfway down it says "Download from" and the drop-down list has all sorts of interesting choices but they should all be the same. It might be worth hunting around in the rest of that pop-up gui called "Software Sources" and then also in Synaptic again Settings - Preferences where the "Files" and "General" tabs might have interesting options. I hope this helps! but be carefull about installing things that might annoy the authorities or otherwise get you in trouble somehow but something's might be important i guess.
