Question #76364 on openoffice.org in ubuntu changed: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+question/76364
Vihar proposed the following answer: I tried it and saw it depends on the keyboard layout and, may be, the keyboard model. You can see the layout this way: System-->Preferences-->Keyboard--> Layouts tab click on a layout, choose Print and print it or see it on screen clicking on Print Preview. I have 4 layouts and only the German has the € sign with Alt-e. Now in OpenOffice: Go Insert-->Special Character and in Subset choose Currency Symbols. It should go close to € sign. In Fonts choose the proper, double click on the sign and you should have it at the cursor location. -- You received this question notification because you are a member of UF Unanswered Posts Team, which is an answer contact for Ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntuforums-unanswered Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntuforums-unanswered More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
