I'd say its impossible for a windows update to alter a boot loader, but
this program you show the error message is not a standard package, and
I'd suggest you talk to their support team to get help with this
program.
Once you get your Windows side fixed up, you'll need to fix Ubuntu and
here's the documentation on how to perform this next step.
