celamad confirmed that the question is solved:
i have try to do as much as i can....
*change my repository.....
*sudo apt-get update -o Acquire::http::No-Cache=True
*apt-get clean
cd /var/lib/apt
mv lists lists.old
mkdir -p lists/partial
apt-get clean
apt-get update
maybe u can try thiz...
now i can update my repo....(sometimes i still get error)
