I'm currently using the Zotac Ion 330- nvidia ion chipset. I did not install the nvidia proprietary drivers and instead installed the 180.44 drivers from synaptic. Please take note that the display works fine based on my usage. The issue I experienced is from the power management and screensaver features in Ubuntu 9.04; the entire system hangs/crashes when I attempt to open the mentioned applications. Please advise what information you want me to provide and how.
