You have the CD as a repository. The computer is looking for it, but not
finding it. Edit your sources list. Open a terminal and input: sudo
gedit /etc/apt/sources.list. This should open the list in gedit. The
line about the CD should appear at the top. Make it ineffective by
putting a # in front of the line. Save, close. Run the Update again
