marcobra (Marco Braida) proposed the following answer:
Is not your browser or settings they are different html pages with different
html tags and instructions to draw the layer of the page.
One page (the weather) seems to have fixed dimension tables in it, so the
enlarged text can not flow inside of them.
So i think you have to play with CTRL+ and CTRL- and with the bottom
browser.
