I don't personally use compiz (I think its absolute garbage at best)
You could try:
sudo apt-get install compiz-fusion-plugins-unsupported compiz-fusion-
plugins-main compiz-fusion-plugins-extra
other than that it will be a simple case of finding the package name
(and possibly PPA) that will give you the plugin
