actionparsnip proposed the following answer:
You can convert them using ffmpeg
ffmpeg -i input.flv output.avi
you can obviously change the names (avoid spaces for ease)
Then you can use devede to create a video dvd iso which you can then
burn (SLOWLY!!) so that you can watch the chapters you add in devede.
devede may be even able to handle flv, I am unsure as I don't download
from youtube
