A package for ZSNES for AMD64 has been available for Intrepid, but it is not currently available for Jaunty, which has led at least one other person I know of to think that it simply isn't available at all. I manually downloaded the AMD64 package for 8.10, installed it on 9.04, and it is working fine, which leads me to think that ZSNES has just been forgotten about.
