I have since installed UNR on my eeepc 901 GO and a friends acer aspier 2920z
with the same result that though it finds the wireless it failes to connet.
network manager pops back again.
when i enable the restricted drive the wireless option in the network manager
disapears totaly on eeepc. onliy the wired and mobile networks remain.
here ae the result of lsusb; lspci from both machines
