Ken Johnson is still having a problem:
my email got sent via KMail.
The following two lines on Terminal were printed out before Evolution
came up:
k...@ubuntu:~$ evolution
** (evolution:19333): DEBUG: Loading Exchange MAPI Plugin
** (evolution:19333): DEBUG: MAPI listener is constructed with 0 listed MAPI
accounts
k...@ubuntu:~$
