Have you got a cd/dvd burning application installed in your pc?
If yes, almost any burning application supports iso burning: you should check
the menus for a voice like "write image to disc" or something similar, then
select the iso file when prompted.
If no, you can google "iso burner free", choose one random application then
proceed.
