Ya i did MD5 check..there was no error...the file shows 420MB instead..i
have done the booting of DVD in the virtual machine only..ya i did
verify the DVD after burning it..
also i tried to write the image file through WIN 32 DISK IMAGER on a 8GB
pen drive but before writing it says that it can CORRUPT THE DRIVE..so i
didnt go further ,, i want to know that even if i write the image file
on pendrive, will the pen drive be further available for use or it will
be permanently occupied with that image file.

Ok, Did you MD5 check the ISO file? Did you boot to the CD and verify
the disk/
