Simon Kelly is still having a problem:
Thank you for the feedback.  It most definitely does not work for me out
of the box on my PC (Hardy and Jaunty).  It only works for me on Hardy
by issuing the "enable" commands and then manually connecting to my WLAN
router through the network manager UI

I'll try to reproduce the issue with a clean install of Jaunty and raise
a bug.

I believe the firmware on Jaunty is 0.2.9.  Snippet of dmesg below.  I
will attach full version to bug report.  NB firmware on Hardy is 0.2.8.
