Hi Samarth Kumar,
You can order as many CD's as you want.Its better to order
more than one CD because if one of the CD is not working then you can
try the other one. But generally most of them won't have any problems.
Plus you can also distribute them to your friend and help the Ubuntu
Community by spreading Ubuntu.
