Hmmm, using the "Help" menu to post a bug report would almost definitely
help here. There might be some problem with some of the OoO
dependencies interacting badly or something.
The 2nd method i know of is when you wave the mouse arrow around on the
grey area at the top of the columns between A & C until you get the
right spot and the mouse arrow changes to a very different style of
arrow. At that point double-clicking the mouse should show the hidden
column.
Incidentally how did you capture a screenshot style movie of your
desktop? Was it a program inside ubuntu or an external camera?
