TkDiff on ubuntu 8.04 displays incorrect information for very long (over 400,000 records) text files. All records are quite short. The only true difference is the content of one short record. The error is that the record numbers displayed are sometimes incorrect. This makes the side-by-side information differ on the screen when it should be identical. EasyDiff correctly shows the differences. This problem is reproduceable.
